Hollows can be any other creature in the monster manual with some hollow characteristics. I have run a few short campaigns with this so far with enemies being other soul reapers and hollows. It is slightly stronger than other classes and is not meant to be used in conjunction with. I have recently been trying to pull together a Soul Reaper class from Bleach.
